Dual Masters Degree
For those who may not know, a dual masters degree is a combination of two masters degrees, for example, a master of business administration degree (Also known as an MBA) and a master’s in finance will help you prepare for a career in business with additional in-depth study in finance, taxation, and account, meaning that upon successful completion you will be able to find yourself a position in business law, specializing in taxation or accountancy.
To gain acceptance for your application for a dual masters degree, you are required to gave first completed a bachelor’s degree in your chosen field, for instance a bachelor’s in business administration to complete your MBA. Beyond that, you will also need to have the motivation and determination to complete the course and to realize the time and stress that completing a dual degree would entail. A dual degree is certainly helpful, but it isn’t for everyone.
With a dual masters degree you will have a specialist education to aid you in moving up in your career, gaining a promotion or changing positions and/or employers. The positions available depend on the field of study completed, for example, if you complete a dual masters degree in law and business, you will be able to move into the field of business law, litigation etc. Many high paying roles and positions in companies require specialist knowledge, and this can come from earning a dual degree.
